More About Me

Patricia “Dish” Woodard joined Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017. She brings a unique blend of business savvy and heartfelt service to every real estate transaction.
Dish is deeply involved in the Concord community, where she has held leadership roles at The Nashoba Brooks School and The Fenn School. In addition, she has served on boards across various nonprofits in the Boston area. Coupled with her own experience moving from Boston when her oldest of three children was only six months old, she offers valuable insight into the unique needs of young families transitioning from city living to suburban communities.
Prior to Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty, Dish worked for many years in the food industry, including founding the acclaimed Boston restaurant “Mike and Patty’s.” As a former business owner, Dish understands the value of hard work, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional experiences—skills that now drive her work as a dedicated real estate professional. She is passionate about helping people find their place. Dish now joins the Kim Patenaude and Rory Fivek Real Estate Group where she looks forward to assisting clients in buying or selling their homes in Concord and beyond.
