Patricia Woodard joined Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty in March 2017.
Prior to that, she worked for a Boston based commercial real estate firm, and
served on the board of a nonprofit organization focused on preparing young
people to be productive and find employment through culinary education.
Patricia also spent several years as the owner/proprietor of a critically acclaimed
Boston restaurant.
Patricia’s move to Concord from the South End provides her with unique
insight into the needs and wants of young families transitioning from the city to
the suburbs. She has a passion for working with people and looks forward to
connecting with clients looking to buy or sell their home in Concord.
