Patricia Woodard joined Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty in March 2017. Prior to joining the team, she worked for a Boston based commercial real estate firm. In addition, she founded, owned and operated the critically acclaimed Boston restaurant, Mike and Patty’s after studying the culinary arts abroad.

Patricia and her husband Jon moved in 2013 from Boston to Concord where they are raising their three children. This experience provided her with unique insight into the needs and wants of young families transitioning from the city to the suburbs. Patricia has a passion for helping clients find their ideal home where celebrations and gatherings can organically materialize.
